...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction or writ of Mandamus declaring action of Respondent No.3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 police officials in interfering in civil disputes at the influence of the 8TH respondent respect of land Plot No.94 admeasuring 40 Ankanams or 320 Sq.Yards vacant site of land situated at Vedhayapalem area S.No.79, planned situation in Gayatri Nagar near Rithwik Enclave Plots, D.No.26-1/42, which is has been given an amount of sale
consideration for the purchase of suit schedule property by the petitioner as illegal, high handed, arbitrary, mala-fide. 5 intentional without any authority and consequently direct the Respondents No.3, 4,5,6 and 7 not to interfere with civil disputes between the petitioners and the 8TH respondent in the interest of justice and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or order or direction or writ of Mandamus declaring action of Respondent No.3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 police officials in interfering in civil disputes at the influence of the 8TH respondent respect of land Plot No.94 admeasuring 40 Ankanams or 320 Sq.Yards vacant site of land situated at Vedhayapalem area S.No.79, planned situation in Gayatri Nagar near Rithwik Enclave Plots, D.No.26-1/42, which is has been given an amount of sale consideration for the purchase of suit schedule property by the petitioner as illegal, high handed, arbitrary, mala-fide. 5 intentional without any authority and consequently direct the Respondents No.3, 4,5,6 and 7 not to interfere with civil disputes between the petitioners and the 8TH respondent in the interest of justice and pass.…”
2. Heard Mrs.K.Madhavi, learned counsel representing Sri Umesh Chandra P.V.G, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the respondent-police never interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent, since no case or petitions were pending at Vedayapalem P.S. He would further submit that the petitioners were never called to the police station.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondent, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
