No.18779 of 2014 and batch, dt.31-10-2016 allowing the cinema theatres to run as per the rates informed to the licensing authority as illegal, arbitrary, discriminative besides violative of Art.14 of the Constitution of India and ii)consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioners theaters to collect price deemed appropriate by them as per their applications dt.06-04- 2021 for new movie Love Story only which is going to be released soon” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 3.
