ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“…to issue Writ, or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents not paying the compensation amount to the petitioners as awarded under award no. 1-2024-25 dt. 27.05.2024 is illegal, arbitrary Highhanded and violation of Article 21 and 300-A Constitution of India and also Contrary to provisions and Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation amount to the petitioners as determined in the award no. .1/2024- 25 dt.27.05.2024 forthwith and pass…” (in verbatim)
2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the
order of this Court dated 19.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.14612 of 2023.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 did not oppose the said submission.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions and in the light of the above order of this Court, the respondents are directed to pay the compensation to the petitioners pursuant to the award No.01/2024-25 dated 27.05.2024 as expeditiously as

possible, at any rate, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
