...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.4 to 7 in respect of the schedule property covered under Registered Gift Deeds bearing Doc.Nos.5011 and 5012, dt.27-04-2022 without following due process of Law as arbitrary, illegal and violation of the Articles 14 86 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.1 not interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 in respect of the schedule property covered., under Registered Gift Deeds bearing Doc.Nos.5011 and 5012, dt.27-04-2022 without following due process of Law in the interest of justice.
IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondent No.1 not to summon the petitioner to the police station for purpose of settling the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 in respect of the schedule property covered under Registered Gift Deeds bearing Doc.Nos.5011 and 5012, dt.27- 04-2022 pending disposal of the writ petition in the interest of justice. ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.4 to 7 in respect of the schedule property covered under Registered Gift Deeds bearing Doc.Nos.5011 and 5012, dt.27-04-2022 without following due process of Law as arbitrary, illegal and violation of the Articles 14 86 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.1 not interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 in respect of the schedule property covered., under Registered Gift Deeds bearing Doc.Nos.5011 and 5012, dt.27- 04-2022 without following due process of Law in the interest of justice and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station, in the absence of any crime registered and interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the representation given by
respondent No.5, both the parties were called to the police station for preliminary enquiry; however, the petitioner did not choose to approach the police station and not cooperated for enquiry. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
