The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Basantrai P.S. Case No. 72/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 333, 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 109 & 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Remi Praphul Baa, learned J.M.F.C., Godda. 3. On 24.10.2024 at about 2:00 P.M., the petitioner alongwith other named accused persons entered into the house of the informant and started abusing her and family members. There is specific allegation that co-accused Roushan Mandal gave Khanti blow to the husband of the informant causing injury on his head while Gauri Mandal assaulted him by lathi. There is general allegation that all the accused persons also assaulted the informant and her daughter. Subsequently, husband of the informant succumbed to his injury. 4. It appears that there is general allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Remi Praphul Baa, learned J.M.F.C., Godda in connection with Basantrai P.S.
