This Court, vide order dated 18.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4150 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Rakesh Bhatt had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, Sarangarh, Session Division -Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 07.01.2025 has requested for grant of three months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, as per trial KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 programme, till now 04 more witness along with FSL report are yet to be examined. Since ASI Kailash Shadilya is now reported dead, other witnesses in his place in order to support his prepared documents, will now require to be examine. Looking to the gravity of offence and in pursuance of order of this Court, case is fixed for evidence continuously consecutively for regular dates after receiving order. Trial proceedings are taking longer than expected due to certain complexities as like deceased passed away at Raipur hospital and preliminary investigations were conducted by ASI Shri Kailash Shandilya, who is now reported to be dead. This is an alleged case of brutal murder by the accused husband of his wife. Medical witnesses have been examined via Video conferencing facility. There are two FSL reports in respect of which evidence of Investigation ofÏcers are to be recorded. FSL reports have been produced before the competent Court on 7/01/2025. Prosecution is directed to keep their witness present on next date of hearing positively. Apart, accused statement are then required to be framed and final arguments are require to be heard. Due to the above mentioned unavoidable reasons, the trial could not be completed within a stipulated time therefore, she prays for grant of further three months time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
