By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of information received, stated that petitioner no. 1 has already been married and cause of action arises in favour of the petitioners for preferring the instant petition only at the behest of certain activities initiated by husband of petitioner no. 1, who has been arrayed as respondent no. 5 in the instant petition. 4. In view thereof, the instant petition is not maintainable, hence, the same is dismissed.
