2. The grievance of the petitioner is to consider the representation dated 05.10.2024 (Annexure-H) submitted to respondent no.2 and to effect katha in respect of the subject land.
3. Having taken note of the averments made in the representation (Annexure-H), wherein it is stated that the land in question has been granted in favour of the petitioner as per the order dated 23.01.2018 in KAS.163/98-99 and, as such, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent no.2 is hereby
directed to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-H, in accordance with law, expeditiously, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. With the above said observation, writ petition is disposed of.
