The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nawdiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 57/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376, 312 & 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Palamau. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for last four years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO, Palamu in connection with Nawdiha Bazar P.S.
