The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to call for record of the case and to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 11.04.2025 in Case Crime No.0247 of 2025, under Sections 352, 338, 336(3), 340(2), 329(4) and 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar." 3. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence. 4. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. 5. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
