7. In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the plaintiff and the communication dated 10th March, 2025, CS-COM/711/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
8. Consequently, the connected application being GA- COM/3/2025 is also dismissed.
9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
