GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION (AP) 27 RRR,J W.P.Nos.8577 of 2017 & batch The Court made the following Common Order: All these cases are being disposed of, by way of this Common Order, in view of the commonality of the dispute raised in these Writ Petitions. 2 These Writ Petitions have been filed, challenging the proposed acquisition of the lands of the petitioners, situated in the Amaravati Capital Area. 3. This Court, had also raised certain interim directions, staying the further proceedings of the acquisition process. 4. The learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents, has today submitted that, the respondents propose to withdraw all the said notifications and to issue fresh notifications, in accordance with the present law in force. He would further submit that, no steps would be taken against any of the petitioners, until the fresh notifications are issued and any further steps would as per procedure established by Law. 5. The learned Advocate General would also submit that, there was a possibility of some of the petitioners accepting land-pooling schemes or such other voluntary schemes and that, the petitioners who are offered such schemes would not be disturbed till such acceptance of voluntary schemes or by the procedure under Act 30 of 2013. 28 RRR,J W.P.Nos.8577 of 2017 & batch 6. Recording the above submissions, all these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioners to approach this Court, in the event of any future difficulties.
