Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be satisfied if the Managing Director/competent authority of the respondent-Corporation is directed to consider petitioners’ representation expeditiously. 2. The petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation along with the photo copy of the earlier representation and certified copy of the order instant within a period of four weeks from today. 3. In case, any such representation is addressed, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months of receiving the same. 4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the petitioners’ representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioners’ grievance.
