ORDER: The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-

2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, Sri V.Sudhakar Reddy,
learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as the stocks and as well as the vehicle, which were seized by the respondent authorities have been released in favour of the petitioner and as final orders were also passed under Section 6(A) of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, by the respondent No.2/the District Collector, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
