THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD
ORAL ORDER
The petitioner seeks direction to the first and the second respondents to prosecute the third respondent for certain offences under the Indian Registration Act,1908 and the Karnataka Registration Rules, 1965. If Sri J. Umesh Reddy, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, argues in support of this request for direction, Ms.Navya Shekar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State, points out that the petitioner has filed her private complaint against the third respondent under Section 200 CrPC in PCR No.3/2024 and the learned Magistrate by the
order dated 14.03.2024 has dismissed the complaint.

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29106 WP No. 34877 of 2024
Ms. Navya Shekar emphasizes that if the petitioner is aggrieved, she must pursue remedy that would be available to her as against the order dated 14.03.2024 and that this writ petition is not maintainable. This Court finds considerable force in this submission and therefore the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, subject to all just exceptions in law, to pursue remedy that would be available otherwise as against the said order.
