This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of 4th respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.05.2020 through registered post as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and against the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and consequently direct the 4th Respondent herein to register the FIR in terms of guidelines issued by the Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others (2014) 2 SCC 1 and pass…”
2. None represented for the petitioner. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR basing on the petitioner’s complaint dated 06.05.2020.

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court basing on the complaint of the petitioner a crime was registered in Cr.No.115 of 2023 under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 IPC on the file of Santhanuthalapadu Police Station, Prakasam District against accused persons.
4. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
