Heard Mr. Khuntia, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Instant petitions are filed seeking modification of the Court’s common order dated 14th July, 2025 in W.P.(C) No.29767 of 2020, 29773 of 2020, 29774 of 2020 & 31685 of 2020. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Khuntia, learned counsel for the petitioners that the compliance as per Annexure-1 shall have to be in respect of total vacancies available as on 31st December, 2014 which is inadvertently typed as 2nd February, 2014 and to reconcile the same with reference to the Police Order i.e. Annexure-1, such correction is necessary in the Court’s order dated 14th July, 2025 passed, while disposing of the writ petitions. 4. Recorded the submission of Ms. Dash, learned ASC for the State. 5. As per the Police Order i.e. Annexure-10, select list shall have to be prepared as per the original select list and should not be more than one half times of the vacancies up to January next year. Therefore, in the case at hand, the vacancy position shall have to be determined as on 31st December, 2014 instead of 2nd February, 2014, hence, this Court is inclined to allow the I.A for correction of the common order dated14th July, 2025. 6. Accordingly, it is ordered. 7. Consequently, the I.As. are disposed of with a direction to opposite party No.2 to comply the order as per Annexure-1 with the determination of total vacancy position available as on 31st December, 2014. 8.
