Heard Sri Daya Shankar Vishwakarama, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bhupesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2. 2. Petitioner has rushed to this Court that despite he has retired on 31.3.2024, however, till date his pension and other retiral benefits are not paid to him. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 on instructions submitted that there are certain queries raised to the petitioner, however, they are still unanswered, therefore, there is a delay in deciding the petitioner's claim. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not aware about any query. However, he submitted that in case any queries are communicated to the petitioner, he will answer it within a short period. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, if the queries are still not communicated to the petitioner, same shall be communicated to him within a period of two weeks and thereafter petitioner will submit his reply and accordingly claim of the petitioner will be determined and for that purpose, petitioner can visit the office of B.S.A. Bijnor on 20.5.2025 during office hours. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
