1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 25.01.2024 passed in MCRC No. 8697 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Krishna Kumar Yadav had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.11.12 11:19:18 +0530
2 the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Bilaspur, District - Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 08.08.2024, requested for and was granted a further period of five months time to conclude the trial vide order dated 04.09.2024 in CRMP No. 2383 of 2024.
4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Bilaspur, District - Bilaspur (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 26.08.2025 has again come up before this Court requesting for grant of some more time to conclude the trial stating that statement of 04 prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded due to which, the case could not be concluded within the time period granted.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order be sent to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
