The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioners for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a Writ or order one in nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 5 are not providing Police Protection to the petitioners even though several representations dated 13.10.2025, 26.08.2025, 08.07.2025, 22.03.2025, 24.01.2025,06.12 2024, 24.02.2024, 12.02.2024. 02.02.2024, 26.12.2023, and 04.11.2023 with regard to encroachments of the petitioners land in Survey No.100 - 1 to an extent of Ac 0.20 cents, in situated at Goneda Village, Kiriampudi Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal arbitrary and against the principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14, 21, 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to provide the police Protection to the petitioners by considering petitioners representations in the subject land situated at Sy No. 100 -1 to an extent of Ac 0.20 cents situated at Goneda Village, Kirlampudi Mandal, East Godavari District, and to pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that basing on the complaint of the Petitioners, two crimes were registered by Kirlampudi Police Station. On 13.10.2025, Petitioner lodged a petition and basing on the contents of the Petition, respondent police are calling both parties for preliminary enquiry. After due enquiry, it came to light that there is a civil dispute between the parties and hence, respondent police did not interfere in the civil disputes and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy, before appropriate forum, according to law.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
