No- 310/1 of Kuchinapudi Village in Nizampatnam Mandal of Guntur District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on respondents 2 to 11 under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents particularly the 10th respondent to initiate proceedings under Chapter-VIII, Section 107 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against respondents 12 to 35 and their henchmen for their illegal acts of causing breach of peace and disturbance to public tranquility at her aforesaid landed property…” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
