Sun, learned counsel for the applicant, who has submitted that the applicant has preferred a related appeal being aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 27.02.2024 and sentencing order dated 05.03.2024 passed by the Court of the learned District & Sessions Judge, West Khasi Hills District, Nongstoin in Sessions Case No. 94 of 2015. 2. The learned counsel has also submitted that, while preferring the said appeal, a delay of 320 days has occurred, the reason being that the applicant was not able to procure the certified copy of the judgment and order dated 27.02.2024 and sentencing order dated 05.03.2024. As such, she prays that the delay may be condoned and the appeal may be heard on merits. 2025:MLHC:232-DB 3 3. Mr. N.D. Chullai, learned AAG assisted by Mr. A.H. Kharwanlang and Mr. S. Sengupta, learned Addl. PP on behalf of the State respondents has no objection to the prayer made. 4. This Court on consideration of the submission made, is also inclined to take up the matter on merits. Accordingly, the delay of 320 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned. 5. Misc.
