This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 to 4 in interfering with the civil dispute, in respect of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac. 1-08 'Cts. in Sy.Nos. 145/F and 145/D, pending in between the petitioner and Mr. N.K. Bombai Raju, and threatening the petitioner to settle the civil disputes, as illegal, arbitrary, without authority, unconstitutional and againSt the principles of natural justice, and consequently prayed to direct

the Respondents No.2 to 4 not to interfere into civil dispute pending in between the petitioner and Mr. N.K. Bombai Raju.”
2. Ms.B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and one N.K.Bombai Raju.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Sri N.K.Bombai Raju.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
