Heard Sri Babu Lal Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has questioned the order dated 07.03.2025, whereby she has been restrained from discharging duties as Asha Bahu. 3. It is submitted by petitioner that she was issued with show cause notice on 03.03.2025 to submit a reply but before she could submit reply, an order came to be passed on 07.03.2025 restraining her from discharging duties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has submitted a detailed reply on 24.03.2025 but till date no decision has been taken in the matter of show cause notice issued to her on 03.03.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that since the matter is engaging by a competent authority, the same may be directed to dispose of in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to decide the matter of show cause notice dated 03.03.2025 considering the reply submitted by petitioner on 24.03.2025, as expeditiously as possible, positively within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6. It is further provided that petitioner shall be given a reasonable opportunity of personal hearing and the order dated 07.03.2025 restraining petitioner from discharging duties shall abide by the final decision to be taken by the competent authority as directed hereinabove.
