GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 28199 of 2025 ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner by name Gaddam Naganna was absolute owner and possessor of the agriculture land in an extent of Ac.0.32 cents in Sy.No.643/B2 and an extent of Ac.1.00cents in Sy.No.645 total outcome Ac.1.30 cents of Sirivella Village and Mandal, Nandyal District erstwhile Kurnool District, which is acquired from his father through oral partition, till his death on 29.06.2025 and thereafter, the petitioner came into possession of the subject land without any objection or obstruction from anybody. On 02.08.2025 the petitioner submitted a mee-seva application No.MUT250802048485 to the respondent authorities for mutation in respect of the subject land. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s application has constrained her to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, 4 without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing concerned authorities to consider the mee-seva application No.MUT250802048485, dated 02.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner for mutation and to pass appropriate orders, by following the due process of law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
