CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH BHARDWAJ Present: Mr.G.C. Shahpuri, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Sumit Jain, Addl. AG, Haryana. Rajesh Bhardwaj, J.
1. Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.419 dated 03.05.2024, registered under Sections 406/420 IPC and Sections 10/24 of Immigration Act, registered at Police Station, City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar.
2. This Court vide order dated 18.07.2024 had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed her to join the investigation. The present petition is pending since then. Time and again, requests are made that the petitioner is involved in other FIRs and she has also approached Hon’ble the Supreme Court for the grant of anticipatory bail in other cases, however, investigation in the present case is not joined by her till date.
3. However, learned State counsel has submitted that despite number of opportunities, the petitioner has not joined the investigation.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an adjournment slip. However, this Court does not find any justification for accepting the same. Investigation is not being joined by the petitioner since the date of grant of interim anticipatory bail to her. Thus, this Court does not find any ground to continue the interim bail and hence, the same is hereby dismissed.
