Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Kakatpur P.S. Case No.361 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.383 of 2025 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Kakatpur on the grounds stated therein. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present accused was in relationship with the victim and therefore, he should be allowed to go on bail. This Court by order dated 9th March, 2026 had directed the State to take instruction as to if any nude photographs of the victim have been made viral. Today, it is informed to the Court that the petitioner is responsible for viral of the photographs of the victim and submitted the photographs for the Court’s perusal. Considering the above submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain the plea of pre-arrest bail of p. 2 the petitioner, however, grants liberty for him to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail for its decision on merit. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, ABLAPL is disposed of. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders within a period of fortnight from today before the learned J.M.F.C., Kakatpur in connection with Kakatpur P.S. Case No.361 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.383 of 2025 and moves an application for regular bail, it shall be duly considered in the first hour and in case of rejection, he shall approach the learned Sessions Court during the second hour for orders on the same day and for the said purpose, case record shall be made available without delay. 6.
