SIBBANDI.C-6/ 109/ 1959/2022-23 4 dated 11.03.2023 passed by the second respondent vide Annexure-H to the writ petition and the impugned order bearing No.KARASA. KEMBANI. SIBBANDI/118/2022- 23 vide the Divisional Establishment Order bearing No.39/2023-24 dated 23.05.2023 issued by the third respondent vide Annexure-J. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: "1. The petitioners agreed to get themselves examined before the concerned jurisdictional medical board for assessment of percentage of disability and shall produce the disability certificate issued strictly in accordance with the guidelines in terms of the order of the Hon’ble Court in WP No.7140/2023 DD 27/07/2023 and WP No.8271/2025 DD 27/03/2025, within a period of 2 months from today. 2. On such production of disability certificate, the corporation has agreed to examine the claim of 5 the petitioners for providing light duty in accordance with law. 3. The Corporation is at liberty to seek clarification/re-examination of the disability certificate from the concerned medical board in the event it is required."
