1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for the following relief(s):-

In view of the objection raised by the counsel for the respective respondents, with regard to the maintainability of this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition as this stage, with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 3.
