Learned counsel for petitioner submits petitioner is secured creditor, filed an application U/s. 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2 Tahsildar-cum-Executive Magistrate to take possession of the secured assets and to hand it over to petitioner, secured creditor. The order of the District Magistrate is dated 06.06.2024, however, even after lapse of more than one and half years, possession of property as ordered by the District Magistrate is not taken and handed over to petitioner by respondent No.3, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to conclude the proceedings pursuant to the order passed by the District Magistrate within specified time.
2. Learned State counsel submits that he is having no objection on the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner..
3. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties and also considering the order (Annexure P-1), this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to comply with the
order passed by the District Magistrate (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if there is no other impediment.
4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands
