JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court, being aggrieved by the fact that a Police Clearance Certificate has not been issued to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the the petitioner has obtained necessary permission to go abroad.
3. Learned Central Government Counsel, on instructions, would submit that since the petitioner is involved in a criminal case, only a customized Police Clearance Certificate can be issued to the petitioner and that too, if this Court were to so direct.
4. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
5. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Central Government Counsel and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to similar directions issued by this Court, the writ petition will also stand disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to issue a customized Police Clearance Certificate to the petitioner, subject to compliance with usual formalities and showing the details of the criminal cases registered against the petitioner within a period of two

judgment.
