Rangra, Advocate, for the respondent. By way of the present application, the applicant, who is complainant, in this case, has sought the indulgence of this Court to grant leave to appeal. In view of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, in Criminal Appeal Nos.1868-1870 of 2025, titled as Celestium Financial versus A. Gnanasekaran & Others, there is no legal requirement for the applicant, to seek the leave to appeal. As such, the present application has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly. Cr. Appeal No._____ of 2025 Be registered. Since, there are certain arguable points, involved in this case, as such, the present appeal is ordered to be admitted for hearing. Service is complete. Admit. Call for the record. Respondent-Gajjan Singh is directed to furnish requisite bail bonds, in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-, with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court, by giving solemn undertaking to surrender before this Court or before the learned trial Court, in case, the present Criminal Appeal, preferred by the appellant, is allowed. Needful be done, within a period of four weeks, from today. Let, report, regarding compliance of this order, be called for, from the learned trial Court, within six weeks.
