Submission is that merely on account of solitary criminal case in respect of family dispute, denial of character certificate is arbitrary. In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the second respondent to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for issuance of character certificate, as noticed above, in accordance with the applicable scheme and law, by passing an appropriate order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
