Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that in pursuance to the said order, the petitioner has already been 2 addressed to the Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education, by proceedings, dated 29.08.2025, however, the said Authority has not taken any further steps to, in turn, address the issue. Therefore, application has been filed to implead the said authority as proposed respondents in the Contempt Case. 3. This Court afraid that any further direction be issued to Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education inasmuch as his inaction is not subject matter of challenge in the writ petition. Order in the writ petition is only confined to consideration of petitioner’s representation by the respondent herein. 4. In view of the same, granting liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings questioning such inaction, the Contempt Case stands closed. No order as to costs.
