ORDER:
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the Petitioner/ Accused seeking quashment of proceedings pending against him in CC.No. 110/2020 on the file of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali.
2. Sri Guntupalli Soma Sekhara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous in this matter, since the case was ended in acquittal before the trial Court and petition may be
disposed of recording the same.
3. Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous.
