This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 11.09.2025 passed in CRLMC No.3640 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that inadvertently the name of the court i.e. 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Khordha” has been mentioned in the CRLMC application, however the case is pending before the Assistant Sessions Judge, Banpur. 4. In view of the aforesaid position, the Petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title and corrected copy of the cause title be uploaded by tomorrow (23.09.2025). Page 2 of 2. 5. In view of the aforesaid correction the order dated 11.09.2025 is modified to the extent that the name of the court mentioned in Paragraphs-3 & 4 be corrected and read as “Assistant Sessions Judge, Banpur” in place of “1st Additional Sessions Judge, Khordha”. 6. In view of the aforesaid modification, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the court below is extended to further four weeks from today subject to depositing cost as mentioned in Paragraph-4 of the order dated 11.09.2025. 7.
