Mallikharjuna Moorthy, Ld. Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited (APSHCL) and Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Sri K. Mallikharjuna Moorthy, Ld. Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited (APSHCL) has submitted the Detailed Instructions dated 25.11.2025 furnished by the Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited (APSHCL). 3. The penultimate paragraph of the above Written Instructions dated 25.11.2025 would indicate that on 20.11.2025, the Managing Director has informed the District Collector that the Corporation has no liability to pay the pending bills to the Writ Petitioner. Responding to the same, the District Collector has issued Proceedings on 25.11.2025 to the Managing Director indicating that the amount of Rs.8,73,635/- will be released to the Contractor from the available interest amount to the District Head Housing, APSHCL, Tirupati Account at District Level. 3 3. Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted fresh Written Instructions dated 01.12.2025 furnished by the Collector & District Magistrate, Tirupati District. The last paragraph of the said Written Instructions dated 01.12.2025 is usefully extracted hereunder: “It is therefore, requested that the above case be adjourned for a period of (4) four weeks, during which time it will be ensured that the payment will be made to the writ petitioner as per the due procedure.” 4. The above extract would indicate that the payment will be made to the Writ Petitioner for which the District Collector had sought four weeks time for the same. 5. Copies of the above two Written Instructions have been served on the Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same are taken on record. 6. Having so recorded, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to the District Collector (Respondent No.3) to complete the entire administrative process both inter-departmental and intra- departmental by way of mutual coordination and cooperation within four (04) weeks from the date of uploading of this order on the web-site of this Court and transfer the amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. The Writ Petitioner is directed to furnish the bank account details to the District Collector (Respondent No.3) within four weeks from today for effective compliance. 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
