Ms. Salochna Rana, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal issue involved in the case has already been adjudicated upon; Petitioner has filed a representation dated 19.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) for the redressal of his grievances raised in the writ petition, but till date the same has not been adjudicated upon; Petitioner would be satisfied in case competent authority is directed to decide the said representation, in accordance with law within a time bound schedule. The above is not objected to by learned Additional Advocate General. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
