CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH
ORAL ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has sought for writ of mandamus against the respondents to consider the representation dated 01.07.2022 (Annexure-H) to the writ petition. 3. Perusal of the writ petition would indicate that petitioner is required to produce the relevant documents to establish that he is having right over the property in question and unauthorized occupation of the land in question by the petitioner for regularization. - 3 -
HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44699 WP No. 23240 of 2022
4. In that view of the matter since the petitioner has not produced the relevant document to establish his right over the property in question, I am of the view that, writ petition does not survive for consideration. 5. However, it is open for the petitioner to establish his right over the property in question in a manner known to law.
With this observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. SD/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE
