1. The applicants have filed the present contempt petition alleging non- compliance of this Court’s order dated 30.08.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2103 of 2024 by which this Court has directed respondent No. 1 to take decision on the letter dated 11.01.2024 written by respondent No. 2, expeditiously preferably within further period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of order passed by this Court.
2. In pursuance of direction given by this Court, the respondents have issued a circular dated 01.10.2025 to grant stipend/scholarship to the trainees admitted in the DNB course conducted in the District Hospitals under the Directorate of Health Services by granting Rs 67,500/- to P.G. students of 01st Year, Rs. 71,450/- to P.G. students of 02nd Year and Rs. 74,600/- to P.G. students of 03rd Year, as such they have taken decision.
3. Considering the fact that sufficient compliance of the order passed by this Court has been made, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this stage, therefore, the Contempt proceeding initiated against the respondents is closed.
4. Therefore in view of the above, the instant contempt petition is
disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to claim stipend/scholarship granted to the trainees vide circular dated 01.10.2025 by moving appropriate application before the concerned authorities. Sd/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge Bhumika
