PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.29 of 2021, dated 26.01.2021 on the file of Giddaluru Police Station, Prakasam District. 2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Giddaluru Police Station, Prakasam District wherein it is stated that after due investigation by the Police, a charge sheet has been filed vide C.C.No.61 of 2021 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Giddalur and thereafter, the parties have compromised before the National Mega Lok Adalath. Accordingly, the accused were acquitted by the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Giddalur on 14.09.2024. 3. In view of the fact that the case was ended up in acquittal vide C.C.No.61 of 2021 on 14.09.2024 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Giddalur, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders would be necessary in the present petition. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
