The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. 5 liters of beer was recovered from the seized motorcycle, which is registered in the name of deceased father of the petitioner. 4. Considering the fact that petitioner is the user of the motorcycle which is registered in the name of his deceased father, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected and has got one criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
