ORDER:
Party in person is absent. On the earlier occasion also, he was absent.
2. On the earlier occasion, Sri K. M. Krishna Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that the police have laid the final report before the concerned Magistrate on 19.09.2025 and, therefore, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
3. The order of this Court dated 29.07.2024 passed in W.P. No. 6730 of 2024 directed that the investigation in Crime No. 226 of 2023 of Tadepalli Police Station be conducted as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with the procedure established by law, and that the necessary report be filed before the concerned Court.
4. The submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, as stated above, indicate that the police have concluded the investigation and laid the final report before the concerned Magistrate in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
