ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring that the respondent No.3 cannot interfere in any civil disputes between the citizens and cannot take on himself the function of a civil court at the instance of third parties and threatening the petitioner to settle the civil dispute being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of Principles of Natural Justice and pass..…”
2. Heard Sri Venkata Durga Rao Anantha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, it is a case of interference of police in the civil disputes.
4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, the police has never interfered in civil disputes in between the petitioner and the 4th respondent nor threatened the petitioner to settle the civil disputes between the parties.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
6. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
