The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having filed an application before respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Kadur Taluk, on 24.01.2024 seeking mutation entry of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pursuant to the registered decree at Annexure-A dated 19.12.2023, where 5 acres of land in Sy.No.15 of Aladahalli Village, Biruru Hobli, Kadur Taluk, has fallen to the share of the petitioner, the Tahsildar has - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39230 WP No. 28985 of 2025 not taken any action to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Kadur Taluk, to proceed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pursuant to a registered decree in O.S.No.755/2023 as found at Annexure-A as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
