This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents, particularly 5th respondent in not registering FIR on the petitioner complaint/report dated 24.11.2021 and 20.12.2021, in spite of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in 'State of Haryana and others Vs.Ch. Bhajan Lal and Others, as illegal, irregular, irrational, amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and offend, Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent, particularly the 5th respondent to register crime and prosecute the accused persons for appropriate offences and penal provisions of law by subjecting them for the process of arrest and judicial remand.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, on receipt of the complaint dated 24.11.2021, on enquiry, Police having found that the matter is relating to a title dispute which is of civil nature, directed the Petitioner to furnish the relevant and connected revenue documents. But, the Petitioner did not furnish the same. As such, the Police have not registered any case. 3. Sri V.N.V.Surya Dattu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
However, Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
