The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 26.09.2020 giving rise to Case Crime No. 384 of 2020, under Sections-376, 313 and 506 IPC, Police Station- Hari Parvat, District- Agra. 4.It has been averred in the short counter affidavit filed by respondent no.3 that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court and the respondent no.3 does not want to proceed against the petitioners. 5.
