This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 4 and their Police personnel without following the procedure established under law trying to interfere with the day to day activities of the SYLOM BLIND CENTRE Balaji Nagar, Kakinada, East Godavari District is without any legal cause as illegal, arbitrary and also violation of Articles 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents police personnel not to interfere or pressurize the SYLOM BLIND CENTRE members in their day to day activities

without any legal cause and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Sri A. Sai Rohit, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CID, by way of a counter, would submit that basing on the report of one Sri.Singam Venakata Sri Lakshmi Narayana, police have registered a case in Crime No.1 of 2021 of Cyber Crime Police Station, CID for the offences punishable under Sections 153A, 153(1)(c), 505(2), 295(A), 124(A), 115 IPC read with 66 (F) of the Information Technology Act. 4.
