Heard Mr. P.K. Roy Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. D.P. Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam.
2. Mr. Goswami has submitted that in this case, police has submitted charge-sheet being Charge Sheet No.01/2025 dated 29.01.2025.

3. Since charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial court for seeking regular bail.
4. This Court is of the opinion that whenever the petitioner shall approach the trial court for seeking regular bail, the trial court shall consider paragraph Nos. 31 and 32 of the judgment dated 26th November, 2024 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court that was delivered in Special Leave Petition (CRL) No. 4326/2018. The trial court shall consider the bail application of the petitioner in view of the law as laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands disposed of.
