Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pending consideration of representation dated 25.6.2024 and 3.10.2024 for grant of patta of government land possessed by petitioner, respondent No.4-Tahsildar has issued eviction notice dated 22.9.2025, which is bad in law. 2. Learned State counsel would submit that pursuant to observation made by this Court on the last date of hearing, he has sought instruction and as per instruction received by him, representation submitted before respondent No.2-Collector by the petitioner dated 25.6.2024 & 3.10.2024 was considered and rejected based on report submitted by respondent No.4- Tahsildar and the same is communicated to petitioner vide letter dated 12.12.2024. He places before this Court communication dated 12.12.2024 for perusal. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, I do not find any good ground to proceed any further in this petition, accordingly, it is disposed of. However, petitioner will be at liberty to take recourse to law if he is aggrieved in any manner with the letter dated 12.12.2024 intimating him about rejection of his representation for allotment of government land possessed by him, on patta. 4.
